The trail begins near Tala Cauvery, the origin point of the sacred Cauvery River, and winds through the lush forest of the Brahmagiri Wildlife Sanctuary. The trekking experience includes walking along the ridges with panoramic views of valleys, coffee plantations, and vibrant flora and fauna. Day 0:Departure from Bangalore
- Get Picked Up from Various locations around Bangalore.
- Gear up for an exciting overnight journey in a comfortable vehicle.

Day 1:Nishani Mote Trek
- On the first day, you will reach Homestay Early Morning.
- Have breakfast, then we’ll proceed to the Forest check post
- Start the Trek to mighty Nishani Motte peak.
- Upon reaching Nishani Motte peak, you’ll be treated to a sweeping panoramic view, lush forests, and the awe-inspiring expanse of the Western Ghats
- Descend back to the base point.
Day 2: Sightseeing and Departure
- Start your day, and have breakfast
- Start your day early by visiting the Talakaveri Temple
- Visit the beautiful Golden Temple in the Tibetian settlement of Coorg.
- Return to Bangalore around 10:00 PM

Things to Carry
- Comfortable trekking shoes with a good grip.
- Lightweight and weather-appropriate clothing.
- Rain gear if trekking during the monsoon.
- Water bottles and snacks for energy boosts.
- Sunscreen, insect repellent, and a basic first aid kit.
- Safety Considerations
- The narrow ridges of Nishani Motte require trekkers to be cautious, especially during the rainy season when paths can be slippery. Always trek in a group and under the guidance of an experienced trek leader. Carrying enough water and energy bars is essential due to the lack of access to shops or clean water on the trail.
NOTES
- It’s mandatory to provide government documents for Trek Permit like voter ID, Ration Card, Driving license, PAN card, or Passport. (Except Aadhaar Card)
- Choose a Friday Date for Saturday Trek
- Cleanliness is our top priority. So, please do not throw trash out anywhere in the trek place.
- Your equipment and equipment distributed are to be carried by yourself, like bags, sticks, etc.
- As you are exploring nature, don’t expect luxury. Washrooms are only available at the hotel campsite (you reach the hotel/campsite for breakfast).
- You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destination to destination.
- If you fail to do the Reservation we are not responsible for that. So at that point of time, you can reschedule the trek for next week or go for a different trek.
- Namma Trip is not responsible for misplacing/loss of any personal belongings.
Cancellation Policy:
- If permits are not available for a particular trek, we will offer you an alternate trek. Refund will not be initiated.
- 0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or reservations not done or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same. If there is any cancellation of the trek then while doing the refund 3% payment gateway charges will be deducted.
